My Thoughts on Education

Jeb Bush said Thursday it was “inappropriate” for the news of his father’s endorsement of Hillary Clinton to come out in the way it did, according to an interview with an NBC reporter.

“I thought it was a little inappropriate for a person to overhear a frail, 92-year-old man in a private setting at a reception for the Points for Light Foundation, which focuses on volunteerism, to hear this, and then immediately go on Facebook and put it on there and then go on national television,” the former Florida governor and presidential candidate said after giving a speech to Harvard students. “I thought that was inappropriate.”

On Monday, Kathleen Harrington Kennedy Townsend, daughter of the late Sen. Robert F. Kennedy, published a photo of herself on Facebook shaking George H.W. Bush’s hand with a caption that read “The President told me he’s voting for Hillary!!”
