My Thoughts on Education

Hillary Clinton is looking to glam up her endorsements come October.

On October 17, the candidate’s campaign will partake in “Broadway for Hillary,” a star-studded fundraising event that will feature performances from numerous A-list celebrities including Julia Roberts, Anne Hathaway, Neil Patrick Harris, Helen Mirren and Lin-Manuel Miranda, star of the critically-acclaimed “Hamilton,” according to an invite obtained by POLITICO.

The event, set to be hosted by Billy Crystal in New York City, will solicit contributions for the Hillary Victory Fund ranging from $45 individual tickets to $100,000 “producer” level contributions, featuring ten premium seats and two tickets to an after-party with the campaign and its celebrity guests.

Directed by Tony Award-winner Michael Mayer and taking musical direction from Seth Rudetsky, the event will also prominently feature Chelsea Clinton. Tony winner John Guare will take charge of scripts while Tony winner Diane Paulus will act as a special consultant.
