My Thoughts on Education

This unique barbershop, run by Ryan Griffin in Michigan charges $10 for a haircut and gives back $2 every time a child reads to him during the haircut. This has found a lot of success as it gives the children the unique opportunity to improve their reading skills with the incentive of money and a great haircut! There has to be more professions and businesses which can adopt similar practices and incentives for children to read, as it is proven that reading at a young age has numerous benefits. I strongly encourage businesses, organizations, and individuals who are able, to incorporate such practices which encourage reading at a young age.
